1 Overnight Itinerary

DAY 1: Evening and late night departure from various pick-up points.

DAY 2: Early morning arrival in Munich and an opportunity for breakfast (not incl) before we begin our Grand Munich City Tour. A few of the historic sights we'll see are the Olympic Grounds, the Feldherrenhalle, the Marienkirche, the Rathaus with the world's largest Glockenspiel and more before ending up at the famous Munich Festgrounds. A truly Bavarian event, the Oktoberfest has become the largest Volksfest in the world. So, mingle with the visitors from around the globe before we depart to check in to our First Class Hotel.

LAST DAY: After breakfast and check-out, we depart for the 600 year old Ettal Monastery where you have the opportunity to taste the famous Klosterliquer (not incl) still produced by the monks today. Time permitting, there may be an opportunity for a brief photo stop at the romantic Linderhof Castle, before continuing to Oberammergau, renowned for its Passion Play, woodcarvings and fresco-painted houses. After lunch (not incl) and some free time, we journey thru the unique Bavarian countryside and arrive at the "Fairytale Castle" of Neuschwanstein from which Disneyland was modeled (entry not incl., approx. €10). After a guided tour through this splendid structure, we take a brief photo detour to the Lech Waterfalls before returning home via Ulm, arriving at points of origin late at night.

CHILDREN: 3-12 years of age, $279. Under 3 require a bus seat & own safety seat (not included), paying $109. However, this tour is not recommended for childen under 6 yrs of age.

CANCELLATION FEES (Per Person): More than 14 days prior to departure, $70; within 14-7 days prior, $100; 7 days or less, 50% of tour price will be charged.
