Express Itinerary

DAY 1: Evening departure from various pick-up points.

DAY 2: We arrive in Paris early in the morning and have an opportunity for breakfast (not incl.). We then embark on our Paris Grand City Tour highlighting such sights as the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs Elysées, Concorde Square, Trocadéro Square with the Palais de Chaillot (from where some of the best photo shots are taken of the Eiffel Tower), the Hôtel des Invalides complex affronted with the canons from the Battle of Austerlitz, one of the world's richest army museums - the Musée de l'Armée, the French Military Academy, the ornate and flashy bridge Pont Alexandre III, the presidential Palais de l'Elysée on the fashionable rue du Faubourg St-Honoré, the Opera House, Place Vendôme and the Ritz Hotel, the Louvre Museum with its Pyramid, Grand Palais and the adjacent Petit Palais, the brilliant Luxembourg Gardens, the miniature Statue of Liberty, the Students' Quartier Latin, the twin-towered cathedral of Notre Dame and more. During some free time, you may want to visit the Fragonard Perfume Outlet and Museum and take home some of the more popular Parisian scents - or do some shopping at the Galeries Lafayette complex. Following lunch (not incl.), the afternoon is yours to explore Paris as you wish or you may join us on an exhilarating optional excursion (€11) with a cruise down the historic Seine River on one of the glass-covered boats - providing a most fascinating view of the glorious monuments along the banks. Later, we'll all meet up again at Concorde Square and enjoy a typical French dinner (€20 not incl.) before beginning the return trip to Germany.

DAY 3: First stopping-off at the locations picked up enroute, we arrive at remaining points of origin very early in the morning.

CHILDREN: 3-12 years of age receive a $5 discount. Under 3, require a bus seat and their own safety seat (not provided), paying $89. Children 12 & under travel free on optional tours except for entrance fees and boat rides.

DOCUMENTS: Valid US Tourist Passport for military and civilian personnel. Military without a tourist passport should check with their Personnel Office for information on current travel regulations to France. Non-US citizens must meet proper Visa requirements.

CANCELLATION FEES (Per Person): More than 7 days prior to departure, $50; 7 days or less, 50% of tour price will be charged.
