Cash payment:

Reservations can be made directly with us via website, e-mail, fax or phone using your credit card. In case you prefer to pay cash please refer to your local SATO office, RTT office, ITT office or any other agency in your area. For more information please contact us.

Confirmation:

As soon as we have received your reservation and have booked you on the requested tour, we will e-mail you a confirmation listing tour, travel date, booking number, ENJOY TOURS agent's name, etc.

Transfer system / getting tickets:

We offer pick-ups at a variety of locations. Your pick up has to be determined upon booking. The different transfer buses are meeting at one central transfer point which is usually in Mannheim.

Please ask for an ENJOY TOURS transfer bus at your pick-up point and check off your name with the driver's passengers list. At the central transfer point you will meet up with your tour guide, who will provide you with receipt, credit card slip and insurance certificate (certificate which we have to forward to our customers as a licensed German company).

Pick-up change:

If necessary, you can change your pick-up until one day prior to departure. Please do not change your pick-up point without notifying Enjoy Tours.

Suggestions:

A small pillow and a blanket will make the overnight bus ride more comfortable. The bus drivers are selling sodas on the bus, but you also can bring a cooler along. Please note, that coolers must be stored underneath in the luggage compartment.

Documents / Non ID-card holder:

Everybody can participate on our tours. In reference to the required documents please refer to the particular tour programs or check with the appropriate embassies.

Booked tour gets cancelled:

Please note, that your credit card only will be charged if a tour is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the required minimum participation is not reached.

If we have to cancel a tour we will try to contact you immediately via phone or e-mail. You can switch your reservation to any other tour or we destroy your credit card information. You will not have to wait until a certain amount is refunded on your credit card account.

Cancellation policies:

Optional excursions:

Optional excursions are not included in the price of the tour. They consist of tour guide service, transportation and entrance fees (please refer to the particular tour programs). Those who are not interested in participating in an optional excursion can explore places of their own interest and the tour guide will inform when and where to meet the group again.

Currency:

We recommend to change only a small amount in advance. The tour guide will assist with the exchange.

Single Room Supplement:

Our tour prices are based on double or triple occupancy. For Single Rooms a supplement will apply (please refer to the particular tour programs).

Return time:

The scheduled travel dates shown are the dates of departure and return to the central transfer point. Arrival at point of origin may be the following day.
